Part II-Computer skill test on 15/2/2009-regarding.

The Part I-examination for recruitment of LDCs is scheduled to be held on 8/2/2009. Those who qualify in part I exam (results will be published in the website www.esichennai.org on 11/2/2009) will be eligible for Part II-computer skill test to be held on 15/2/2009 at Chennai only. The venue for computer skill test on 15/2/2009 is as below.

Total Duration: 25 minutes

The computer skill test will be conducted in batches and it will have three sections as under. (No separate typing test using typewriter will be conducted)

1. Typing-The candidates will be tested for speed and accuracy in typing in computer (no typewriter will be used). The required speed is 250 strokes  per minute. The given passage has to be typed/completed in 10 minutes
   (30 Marks)
   
   
2. Tabulation - The  statement as given in the question paper has to be typed in a tabular form using the formula as instructed. The time allotted is 10 minutes (10 Marks)
   
   
3. Formatting- Formatting as instructed to be done. The time allotted for formatting is 5 minutes (10 Marks)

After completion of each section, printout should be taken by the candidate
(3 outputs).
